  • Do you create custom designs?
    • Yes, we have many happy customers wearing their own design daily. If you want to create an awesome custom print product for your company, your team, ... please feel free to email us at: support@ez9.store. Our pro designers will help you create your custom design in very short time :)

  • How much is shipping cost?
    • This depends on the shipping method you choose. It's cost $7.95 for Standard Shipping (3-4 weeks delivery) or $11.95 for Express Shipping (1-2 weeks delivery).

  • I want to edit my order (size, color, shipping address)? How long the modification time?
    • Change and Cancellation requests are only allowed within 24 hours from the time that the order was placed. After 24 hours have elapsed, no order modifications are allowed.

  • How long does it take for a tracking number available to check?
    • This depends on the shipping method you choose. It's take 3-7 days to receive a tracking number (Express Shipping) or 7-10 days (Standard Shipping) so please be patient.

  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • This depends on the shipping method you've choosen. Most items will arrive in about 1-2 weeks (Express Shipping) or 3-4 weeks (Standard Shipping).
      Orders that have not arrived within 40 days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.

  • How can I cancel my order?
    • Order cancellations are allowed while an order is not passed into production (normally 24h from order time). Once an order has passed into Production no order cancellations can take place.

  • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
    • Depending on the vendor of your order items, you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive few business days apart. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… they are on the way :)

  • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
    • Most times because you entered wrong email address when order so our system can't sent confirmation email. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

        • Custom Duties, Tax and Charges are not included in our base price.
          This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
